Information on data processing
Data Controller: Peksel, Ankara, Turkey. Contact: contact@peksel.com.
Purpose of Processing: Information submitted via this inquiry form (organization, name, email address, service area, purpose, and project description) is processed exclusively to assess commercial proposals, establish business correspondence, and evaluate potential enterprise partnerships.
Legal Grounds: Processing is conducted on the basis of legitimate business interest in responding to commercial inquiries and conducting pre-contractual evaluations (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f)).
Infrastructure & Security: Form submissions are transmitted securely via Cloudflare Workers and Resend infrastructure. Submissions are screened against automated abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible, cookie-free). Peksel does not employ tracking cookies, nor is commercial data sold, distributed, or transferred to third-party marketing services.
Retention: Commercial inquiries are retained within the group’s secure communication systems for up to 24 months for audit and correspondence purposes, after which records are deleted or archived.
Rights: Organizations and individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their submitted business information at any time by contactingcontact@peksel.com.
